Mexico Mission Meeting @ St. John |

There will be a meeting on Jan. 23 after church for all members interested
in being a part of the Mexico Mission Trip to El Paso, TX and Juarez
Mexico this coming August. Interested members from BOTH congregations are
asked to please attend. If you have any questions, contact Emily Syring:

The Mexico Mission Team needs a confirmed number of participants for the
August 2011 Mission Trip. February 6 is the deadline for congregation
members to confirm that they will be attending. After this point, the
mission team will begin booking airline tickets, so a firm number is
needed. For more information about the trip, please attend the Jan. 23
meeting after services at St. John in the all-purpose room, or call Emily

Bus trip to A Play - Away in the Basement |
|
The Bethlehem Lutheran Church Basement Ladies are hosting a bus trip to Plymouth, Minnesota to the Plymouth Play House to see "AWAY IN THE BASEMENT - A Church Basement Ladies Christmas." On Saturday, January 15, 2011, the bus will be departing Bethlehem Lutheran at 10:45 a.m. The cost is $60.00 per person. They will be stopping for supper on the way home. Call the church office 715-352-2888 to register, or sign up in the Bethlehem Narthex as soon as possible. This would make an excellent Christmas gift for anyone on your list. Everyone is welcome!

Scrap metal collection, Mexico Mission Team |

The Mexico Mission Team will be collecting scrap steel for the month of
November. If you have scrap steel you want hauled away and would
be willing to donate to the Mexico Mission Team, call Mel Niemann

Young Adults Group - Neighbors Place Collection |
|
Young Adults will be doing a food drive in December for The Neighbors Place food pantry. There will be boxes at both churches to collect nonperishable food items. Check out the Young Adults Bulletin Board at St. John's for more information about The Neighbors place and upcoming events.

Wednesday Bible Study and Worship |
|
Beginning September 29 at 1:30 p.m. at Bethlehem and at 7:30 p.m. at St. John, there will be Bible Study on The Life of Abraham - Facing the Unknown, as well as, liturgical worship and Holy communion each week. All members and disciples of our congregations are encouraged to attend and of course are welcome to bring a friend to share this experience.
